Your happiness is our highest priority. As a women-owned family business, we stand behind every confection we make and want your experience with Trilegacy Confections to be nothing short of delightful.

Our Satisfaction Promise

If your order arrives damaged, melted beyond enjoyment, or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trilegacyagere.store. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Perishable Products

Because our chocolates and confections are handmade, perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has shipped, for the safety and quality of our customers. This is standard practice for gourmet food businesses. However, this does not affect your right to a resolution if something arrives wrong or damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Cancellations & Changes

Because we prepare orders quickly, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made before your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to refund orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase, though we’ll always try to help track down a missing package.
